Position Title: Senior Account Manager, Federal Law Enforcement Business Unit

This division is newly launched within the well-established business of TrustComm. The new Cellular Analysis Solution was developed for the Federal Law Enforcement Sector. This is a Multi-Protocol RF product line for Survey & Interrogation operations.

In a word, the Senior Account Manager must be a “Doer” as the work requires direct interaction with the customer end user.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Converting prospective sales opportunities into sales revenue
  • Conducting business development related calls to existing and prospective accounts
  •  Reporting to executive sales team for strategic planning, sales forecasting and core process improvements
  • Developing and delivering presentations for prospective customers
  • Organizing, setting-up and attending client and industry trade shows
  • Maintaining prospect pipeline with contact information, probability of success and estimated time to close and deliver
  • Maintaining competitive intelligence documentation that allow for advanced identification of risks and opportunities to our business
  • Gathering and analyzing information from sources about market trends and industry developments and the capabilities, vulnerabilities and intentions of business competitor
  • Earning customer trust through credibility and relationship building
