TrustComm solutions are designed within and delivered from our network campus, uniquely located on Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base in Houston, TX. Our network campus is comprised of a NOC and teleport that includes 12 antenna systems from 13 meter downward, operating in C, Ku, and X – bands and soon to include Ka – band capabilities. Our systems are fully integrated into both AT&T and Abovenet redundant fiber rings assuring successful connection to virtually any network for internet, data and voice backhaul.
The network center can access more than 98 geostationary satellites located from 22 degrees West to 193 degrees East, providing excellent coverage over much of the world from this single secure location without collaborating with partner providers.
TrustComm’s ability to provide high-quality, reliable end-to-end network service is a robust infrastructure optimized for Internet Protocol (IP) centric voice and data services. Our core network is a state-of-the-art; fully redundant Cisco Systems infrastructure that maintains a diverse path of terrestrial connectivity dual-homed with two separate Internet Service Providers (ISP). The voice services rely on redundant connectivity into the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), and all facilities infrastructure (i.e. power backup and generation) are engineered to Telco grade standards for continuous, stand-alone operations during the worst possible conditions.
