Houston, TX

TrustComm’s Houston facility increases security with recent Ellington Field Reserve Base upgrades. The Guard Check point has been relocated on the Ellington Base, adding an extra secure measure for TrustComm’s Teleport and Network Operating Center. TrustComm will continue to be monitored 24/7/365 by Military security, located behind secure Military grade fences, monitored by security cameras, and now will require all visitors to proceed through Ellington Base Guard Check Point. Visitors’ cars may be subject to search and all must have appointments set with TrustComm to gain access.

Ellington Field Reserve Base is a joint civil-military airport located in the U.S. state of Texas within the city of Houston – 15 miles southeast of Downtown. Established by the Army Air Service on 21 May 1917, Ellington Field was one of the initial World War I Army Air Service installations when aviation was in its infancy. Originally created as a training facility, Ellington is currently used by military, commercial, NASA aircraft and general aviation sectors. Ellington is one of the few airfields built for World War I training purposes still in operation today.

“TrustComm is proud to be a part of Ellington Field’s history and future,” states Bruce Dunlop, TrustComm VP & COO, “Ellington is one of a kind and an ideal location for TrustComm to ensure the highest grade of security for our diverse, demanding clients.”
