TrustComm, Inc. (“TrustComm”) is a leading provider of satellite and network services that help companies, organizations, and government entities manage their communication networks and systems. TrustComm recognizes that individuals who visit our website (“Visitors” or “You”), www.trustcomm.com (the “Web Site”), value their privacy. However, in order to conduct a global business in this increasingly electronic economy, the collection of the personal data of individuals is often necessary. We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. It is our goal to balance the benefits of commerce with your right, as an individual, to prevent the misuse of your personal data. This privacy and data protection policy (“Policy”) outlines our general policy and practices, including the types of information we gather, how we use it and the notice and choice affected individuals have regarding our use of and their ability to correct that information. This Policy applies only to the Web Site and the personal information received by TrustComm through data collected from Visitors to the Web Site.
What Is Personal Data
Personal data means any information that, when used alone or combined with other data, may be used to identify or contact a specific individual Visitor. This includes, but is not limited to, an individual’s first and last name, e-mail address, mailing and/or residential addresses, telephone number, title, customer contact information and other personal information that may be required in order for us to provide a service you request, or may have requested, on our Web Site.

Information Automatically Collected
We may use web beacons, pixel tags, log files or other technologies to collect certain information about Visitors to our Web Site or use of our online services. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Site, the areas or pages of the Site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Site, the number of times you return to the Site, and other click-stream or site usage data.
Moreover, some pages on our Web Site use “cookies,” which are small files that are placed on your hard drive by the Web Site for identification purposes. These files are used for site registration and customization for the next time you visit us. Cookies identify you to a Web Site when you revisit to load your preferences and track the pages you visit.
Information You Provide to Us
When using our Web Site, you may voluntarily submit information to us through our “Contact Us” forms and our “Ethics Help Line” form.
In order to utilize the “Contact Us” forms on our Web Site, we may require you to submit personal data, such as your first name, last name, phone number, and e-mail address, so that we may appropriately respond to your inquiry. Required fields in the Contact Us form are marked with an asterisk. In addition, you may submit optional information to us through these forms, including your company name, city, country, and comments.
When submitting information through our “Ethics Help Line” form, you are only required to submit information into the Feedback/Report field. However, if you wish to receive a response and follow up, we require that you submit your name, telephone number, or email address at the minimum.
Use of Your Personal Data
When we collect your personal data from you, we will inform you at the time as to the reason we are requesting such personal data.
We may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes: (i) responding to your requests for products, documentation and/or services; (ii) corresponding with you and/or your company, organization or government entity; (iii) handling career inquiries and job applications; (iv) performing market research; (v) developing new products and services; (vi) reviewing the usage/operations of our site and services and improving our Site content, products, and services; (vii) addressing problems with the Site, our business or our products and services; (viii) responding to Ethics Help Line feedback and reports; (ix) protecting the security or integrity of the Site, our networks, and our business; and (x) managing our telecommunications networks. TrustComm will only retain information that you submit to us through the Contact Us forms or Ethics Help Line form for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry, request or feedback/report.

Except as described in this paragraph, any information you submit to TrustComm through the Web Site, including information submitted through “Contact Us” or “Ethics Help Line” forms, will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent to do so. However, TrustComm may disclose the information we collect from and about you as follows: (1) to our service providers, if the disclosure will enable them to perform a business, professional, or technical support function for us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our rights or the rights of any third party; (3) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; (4) where applicable, as consistent with TrustComm’s Mobile Satellite Services and Equipment Terms and Conditions or Fixed Satellite Services and Equipment Terms and Conditions; and (5) as described to you at the point of collection. Personal data will be held and/or transferred in strict accordance with the applicable data protection laws and only with Visitor consent.
Securing Your Information
We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures reasonably designed to (i) prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your personal data, (ii) maintain personal data accuracy, (iii) ensure correct use of information, and (iv) safeguard and secure your personal data that we have collected.
Your personal information is stored on servers in the United States; however, some of our service providers may store information in servers hosted in other countries. As such, your personal information may be subject to the laws of one or more countries other than your country of residence.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data
TrustComm wants to ensure that any personal data you provide remains accurate. If you have changes to your personal data, you can review and update your personal data by sending us a request and pointing out the change/error and by providing us with the updated information. To protect your privacy and secure your personal data, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making the corrections.
